On the 12th of January 2024, our Studio Director, Ar. Daraius Choksi was invited by SPA, Bhopal as one of the speakers for a seminar hosted in collaboration with INSDAG (Institute for Steel Development & Growth).
INSDAG is a not-for-profit, member-based organization established by the Government of India (Ministry of Steel) and Major Steel Producers of the Country in the year 1996 as a “Society” under the Societies Registrations Act of West Bengal 1961.
The seminar hosted for the students emphasized the use of Structural Steel in Architectural innovations. Here, Ar. Daraius Choksi presented a detailed study of our firm's experience while using the material, steel through examples of various projects.
The event was in partnership with the Indian Institute of Architects, Bhopal Centre and had other eminent speakers on the panel such as Ar. Habeeb Khan (Principal Architect of SHK ATP Architects Nagpur and Former COA president), Ar. Charanjit Shah (Principal Architects, Creative Group, New Delhi) and Ar. Nitin Killawala (Principal Architect of G7 Architects and Planners, Mumbai).
