A historic milestone in Indian architectural education—the first-ever Christopher Benninger Gold Medal for Excellence in the Pursuit of Architecture was awarded to Kiruthika N. of SPA Delhi, recognised as the Best Graduating Student of 2025. Instituted by NASA India, the world’s largest student architecture body, this prestigious honour emerged from a rigorous two-stage jury across 320 colleges and 64,000 students. The medal was presented by Ramprasad Akkisetti of CCBA Designs at IPS Academy, Indore, in the presence of NASA President Ewantika Pereira and Prof. Manita Saxena. Celebrating Prof. Benninger’s legacy, the award sets a new benchmark for visionary thinking and excellence in architecture.
