The most awaited book of the year, 'Great Expectations: Notes to an Architect' by Prof. Christopher Benninger was launched in Hyderabad, Telangana on the 20th of December 2024. The evening was a tribute to architecture and to a book that beautifully encapsulates the essence of being an architect.

Great Expectations: Notes to an Achitect is a chronicle of Prof. Benninger's life's journey on the path to find the spirit of architecture. It captures his concerns about education, design and practice. It is a collection of autobiographical narratives and ideas, presented through the medium of articles and lectures. It is his story of self-discovery and a testament to his search for truth. 

He believes we are at a critical juncture in the evolution of architecture as a profession.
