Proposal for the New Boys Hostel Tower Block at IIIT Hyderabad

CCBA Designs, showcased its innovative vision for the new Boys Hostel at IIIT Hyderabad during a competition held on November 29th, 2024. The event, hosted in Hyderabad, brought together prominent architects, engineers, and professionals from across the industry.

At the heart of the presentation was a proposal aimed at enhancing the existing Boys Hostel facilities, focusing on sustainable and modern design elements that cater to the evolving needs of the campus community. Mr. Ramprasad Akkisetti, Managing Director of CCBA Designs, led the presentation alongside Senior Architect Sundar Bommaji. The proposal balances functionality with aesthetics, ensuring an improved living experience for the students while respecting the environment and surrounding campus architecture. It also included key features like expanded living spaces, improved amenities, and green building initiatives.

The project aims to accommodate the growing student population while promoting a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere within the hostel.
