On the 24th of January 2024, master architect and planner Prof. Christopher Benninger on the invitation of the Prem Jain Memorial Trust gave the 6th edition of the Memorial Address.
In memory of Late. Shri. Prem Jain who was a pioneer in starting the Green building movement in India and was a sustainability expert, Prof. Benninger presented a talk titled, 'Making Cities Sustainable for Everyone'. He discussed the 'Principles of Intelligent Urbanism' (a theory of urban planning penned by him which is composed of a set of ten axioms intended to guide the formulation of city plans and urban designs) for sustainable habitats for everyone.
The event took place at India International Center, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, India.
