Our proposal for the new Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Mumbai stands as a testament to what a world-class educational campus should embody. For the competition held on July 17, 2024, our design seamlessly integrates with the existing landscape while laying out a visionary plan for the next 40 years.

IIM Mumbai sought to expand its infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the institution, with a focus on sustainability and adaptability. Our design strategy aimed to create a campus that not only supports IIM's long-term aspirations but also respects the integrity of its existing structures. Adaptive design principles were at the forefront of our approach, allowing us to retain and rejuvenate older buildings while incorporating new, sustainable measures.
