The Foundation Centre was built with the support of the Ben Lilavati Lalbhai Trust and a generous grant from then Rajesh Brahmabhatt Family who graciously funded the Lecture Hall. There are six studios and six classrooms accommodating three hundred students. Echoing the School of Architecture next door, there are ground level open studios and discussion areas flowing under the building, linking the iconic grass hillock to the inner courtyard formed by the studios and the lecture hall, that will seat 450 participants. These facilities are supported by administrative and utility areas.
