Mr. Akkisetti Ramprasad Naidu Mr. Ramprasad Akkisetti, is the Founder Managing Director of Christopher Charles Benninger Architects Private Limited (CCBA). He has been associated with the firm for the past 16 years, during which time it has grown from a small practice to one of the country’s premier architectural firms. With academic backgrounds in medicine, psychology and anthropology, he has been into teaching and is also the author of the first Indian textbook on psychology, called ‘Psychology for Beginners’, in addition to having written about architecture and published photographs in more than 100 journals and magazines in India and abroad. He has also ventured into the world of Art by starting an exclusive art gallery called India House Art Gallery, in Pune. . |

Mr. Rahul M.Sathe Mr. Rahul M. Sathe, born in 1972, is a civil engineer by profession and associated with the firm as Director of Projects since 1996. Rahul plays a key role in project planning and strategy. He is involved in project management, contracting, feasibility studies, cost estimation, tendering and site supervision. He was instrumental in making feasibility studies and investment plans for urban development and new town planning projects taken up by the firm. He has been responsible for making the financial and investment plans for urban development in many cities and urban centers of growth in the Kingdom of Bhutan. He is also closely involved in the development and promotion of the India House Art Gallery in Pune.

Ar. Daraius Choksi Architect Daraius Choksi, born in 1975, graduated from BVP College of Architecture in 1998, and holds a B. Arch from the University of Mumbai. He has been associated with the firm since 1999. He has played a vital role as project architect for the firm's many large projects such as the Kochi Refineries Headquarters complex, TAIN Square at Pune and Samundra Institute of Maritime Studies, Lonavala. As a Director-Studio he oversees all the projects which range from educational institutions and campuses, corporate offices and residential complexes. His interest lies in designing energy efficient buildings and institutional campus. He coordinates between the studio and the site while being involved in the design development, working drawings and architectural supervision. |

Ar. Shashi Mohandas Mr. Shashi Mohandas, Director – Operations, born in 1953, is an Architect and Urban Planner. Graduated from MSU Baroda (1977) and SPA, New Delhi (1979) respectively. Over the past thirty years he was associated with Prof. Benninger for a decade as the Director of the Institute of Habitat and Environment at the Centre for Development Studies and Activities (CDSA), Pune. A British citizen, he returned to the United Kingdom in 1989 and was there until 2010 working in various capacity as a Community Architect and Planner, and later as Urban Regeneration Manager, coordinating large regeneration programmes and projects funded by the UK and the European Union. He joins us from a post as an Urban Development Executive, coordinating neighborhood development and management involving local government officials, elected representatives, local residents and community representatives. |
